Workshops, Retreats, and Summer Camps
Jake’s Flat Farm, LLC offers multiple or single day workshops, retreats and summer camps at different points in the year.
Retreats may be planned around a topic or to meet the needs of a specific group. OUr workshops are based on a specific theme or topic and open to the public. Check our calendar for dates. Currently we offer a schedule of "Summer Horsefeather and Ponyfeather camps" which are listed on our calendar. These activities are also open to the general public. We will be posting additional activities to our year round offerings at a later date. Check our calendar for specific dates and times.
Jake’s Flat Farm will be happy to plan your summer or year round retreats or workshops to meet the needs of business, agencies or schools on request. We have the flexibility to provide experiences for groups as small as 6 people to groups as large as 30. We work with team leaders, administrators, or agencies to develop experiences tailored to meet their specific needs. Please contact us to arrange for a demonstration and to discuss your organization’s needs.
Summer Horsefeather & Ponyfeather Camps
Our Horsefeather camps (ages 8-13) and PonyFeather camps (ages 3-7) offer a variety of themed activities and events. Children will be exposed to a variety of horse/pony activities including care, riding, out door events, and horse knowledge.
Our themes include:

Ruffin' it- out door camping and trail riding themed events which will conclude with campfire cookout, and s'mores.

Divas and Rockstars: Horse show themed events focus on grooming, participation in show related activities and will conclude with a non-competitive "silly" horseshow.
